The time displayed on the right below is for Los Angeles, CA, on the current day, and on the left below is the time in Singapore, for the next day. These clocks will be used to help keep track of when we can exchange a videoconference with our sister class in Singapore, and when we can send an email, text, or sms that will get a response during the next school day, or the next minute . Ms. Paramesh is coming to town!

My partner class in Singapore is taught by a dynamic and dashing Drama teacher, Ms. Paramesh. We've talked several times, and we're getting ready to present our incoming students with the results of our collaborations. As we refine our Global Learning Exchange curriculum units to meet the needs of our classes, we will be using the CTAP Region 8 moodle, as managed by Mr. Troy Tenhett, of the Bakersfield City School District and Mr. Kelly Bergen, the Region 8 Director, as our pick-up and drop-off point for student generated products.
